Henny Pelsers

During the 80’s Henny Pelsers (1959) held various management and advisory positions for multinational business clients and high net worth individuals within ABN-AMRO and BNP.

In 1990 he became co-founder and shareholder of an international trust group, which went public during his period as a member of the Board. Alongside his trust activities, Henny was Managing Director of an international family owned venture capital and investment fund. In this capacity he was involved in through-starts, restructuring, capitalisation and selling of listed and non-listed companies and real estate development and investments. Henny has been a member of the Board of Supervising Directors in several companies in Europe and the US.

In 1999 he became shareholder and boardmember of another trust company which later, after a restructuring operation, grew to a turnover of EUR 20 million with offices in 12 countries and a total staff of 250.

From 1991 to this day Henny  has been a private investor in companies which are active in immovable property, financial services, production companies, entertainment, and aviation.

Henny attended (Fiscal) Law at the University of Rotterdam and followed several post-academic courses on fiscal, business-economy, M&A; Legal and financial engineering matters.
